Royal Rangers Pow Wow

All boys' ministries groups are welcome to attend whether in Royal Rangers or chartered. We always want to see more boys' ministry groups involved in all planned activities and assisting you as needed to see many boys reached, taught and kept for Jesus.

Details and Theme: the 2026 Cornerstone Conference Pow-wow, April 24-26, 2026 at the Conference Campgrounds at Brown Summit is coming very soon. This year's theme will be "Frontiersman Camping Fellowship" (Theme verse Acts 20:24 as we the 2025 Rally). The activities will be F.C.F focused, merit classes and activities, F.C.F Village, trading post, and including other group activities as in the past and confirmed and will be included in the final schedule and on additional emails in the future for your information and planning. Pray now for a great out pouring over our boys and men throughout the Pow-wow and especially at the special Council Fire Services Friday and Saturday night Services!

One Pot Meal: As in the past, all Outposts prepare a One-pot Meal for the Saturday night Fellowship Meal. We are asking each outpost to create a "unique favorite dish" and present it for judging in one or more of the two categories of Entreè and/ or dessert. The judging will return to previous years and be completed by an impartial group of judges and or/ small samples given for each person to vote as the most recent years. Prepare enough for 2-3 helpings per person in your Outpost plus a few more helpings for visitors and staff. Also bring enough plates, bowls, eating utensils, napkins, drinks,desserts, etc. for your Outpost and a few more for visitors and staff.

Registration: The registration fee includes two Pow-wow patches and a special first time ever F.C.F Cap (details to be confirmed as registrations are confirmed). In the past was also provided a t-shirt but due to delayed registrations in the past and costs for such to keep the costs down, t-shirts will not be provided this year. Also, due to higher patch cost and lower registrations, the final patch order will not be completed until we confirm all patches needed and the additional patches ordered (deadline April 1st 2026) The final patch costs are related to the final registration numbers. We need these registrations as soon as possible for preparation and planning purposes.

Each Outpost have the total responsibility for all transportation, meals, camping equipment as required, safety and welfare, etc of each of it's attendees.
